What a wonderful surprise!

A wonderful surprise!

Our Junior School staff were extremely touched when they returned from the half term break to a huge pile of cards and letters from pupils and parents.

In one of them, a pupil said, "Thank you for making home learning interactive and social. You have done such a good job of keeping our spirits up and making us smile and laugh."

As Headteacher Mrs Brown said, "We were overwhelmed and humbled by the very many letters, cards, stones and bejewelled pieces of art that we received.

"It felt a little like the scene in Harry Potter where the invitations for Harry to join Hogwarts keep coming through the letterbox and down the chimney.

"Although the best news of all, is that we can welcome the girls themselves back to school on Monday 8 March.

"We cannot wait!"
